As a teenager, I also suffered from pimples, scars and acne. There was a time when I feel very under-confident and I also didn’t like to see my face in the mirror. It was self-sabotaging. I went to the dermatologist and took medication but nothing really worked for me. After doing lots and lots of research on different beauty products and different skincare routines finally I adopted my skincare routine which helped me very much. Below are some tips that I really wanted to share with you to overcome this type of situations.
A regular clean-up will help in getting rid of dead skin cells, dirt and excess oil and sweat. Before sleeping clean-up your skin. For cleaning of the skin, I use Divya Patanjali rose water which is the most natural product that you can trust for your skin. It is prepared with the blend of fresh rose petals and freshwater. 2.) Take Steam:-
It is very important to take steam at least once a week. The warm steam causes your face to sweat, which opens the pores and helps to soften the surface layer of dead skin cells, releasing dirt that could be the cause of the breakout.
3.) Green tea:-
Green tea is very good for the skin. The antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties in green tea may make it an effective treatment for acne and oily skin. The polyphenols in green tea, when applied to the skin will reduce sebum secretion, which can lead to acne. The polyphenols in green tea also have the ability to fight against infection by damaging bacterial membranes. Either you can drink the green tea or crash and grind the leaves of tea, make a paste and applied to your face once in a week.
4.) Neem leaves:-
Neem is a powerful ingredient when it comes to skincare. It is an essential ingredient in Ayurveda as it has beneficial compounds that have antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties all which are extremely beneficial for your skin. crash and grind the neem. Add honey to the paste and then add the mixture to the fuller’s earth. Blend well(you may add water to get a paste-like consistency). Apply the paste all over the face and neck and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
5.) Lemon water:-
Drinking lemon water can help to purify the skin and the body. Drinking lemon water can induce skin cells to detox and force out impurities and sweat which can clog pores. Drinking lemon water in the morning on an empty stomach can help balance your body by inducing a more alkaline state, which is known to be anti-inflammatory to the skin and the body.
